Welcome. This site is dedicated to individuals who are engaged in actively cultivating their personal development through presence practice.

We are here to empower, encourage and support your quest to realize a greater potential through your own specifically evoked practice.

We have found that the most abundant pathway to personal development centrally occurs as a daily practice. It is our experience that this practice becomes most effective when it is shaped by an awareness of changes in our internal climate over the course of daily events. Such a practice is often expressed through meditation or prayer. It may draw on a particular style of Yoga. It may also manifest as an expression of music or dance. The vision we hold is that the road home, the pathway to our greater potential, is toward enlivenment. Our Common Strength refers to our spiritual strength, the raising of one’s spirits, generally experienced as an increase in the energy that heartens our aliveness.

We present this material to people from all cultures, all religions, and walks of life- because we have learned that although different traditions have developed their own form of spiritual expression, common methods do exist that support any spirit-oriented lifestyle. You will find no conflict here with traditional religious teachings, because the awareness-based practices we use are not based on metaphysical assumptions. We are simply offering a means by which anyone can maintain a centered presence that is guided by his or her own beliefs. So our measure of success comes from helping each other to manifest a safe space that brings joy, a wider outlook, and more energy. To that end, we also offer this site as a gathering place where we can discuss the many issues raised in attempting to live a life of practical spirituality, and to enjoy the mutual support of those with whom we share this path.
